AE Refund Policy

Membership dues payments and/or continuing education monographs or review course manuals, CDs or other educational or association merchandise are non-refundable purchases. In the case of defective materials, these items will be replaced with non-defective items. If a replacement item is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Conference, Review Course, Workshop and Seminar Registration Refunds:

Tuition is refundable, less a $25 fee, prior to the stated refund deadline for the particular event. Refund requests should be made in writing to the AAE Office, 1215 Anthony Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201, fax: 803-254-3773. Cancellations made after the stated refund deadline for any AAE event are non-refundable. Attendee substitutions are permitted with payment of a $25 change fee.
